About Chesterfield School

Chesterfield School is the largest elementary school in SAU 29 and maintains a current enrollment of 291 students in grades K-8 who reside in Chesterfield, Spofford and West Chesterfield. Students in grades 9-12 attend Keene High School.

The district employs a total of 63 professional and support staff who are responsible for implementing a wide range of instructional/support programs and services in all major subject areas, Spanish in grades K-8, middle school health and unified arts (art, music, and physical education).

Special Education and Title I reading support services are also provided for identified/eligible students.

In addition, the school employs a full-time reading specialist and math specialist. A wide range of co-curricular/special programs are also available to students in selected grades.
