About Chesterfield School

The district employs a total of 55.67 staff. This number includes teaching staff, inclusionary aides and support positions. Staff are responsible for implementing a wide range of instruction and programming.  Our school offers Art, Music, Physical Education, STEM, Health, Spanish, Dance through NHDI, Library and outdoor education experiences.
 
Students that live in Chesterfield, West Chesterfield and Spofford attend this one centralized school. After grade 8 most students transition to Keene High School for grades 9-12. Chesterfield School currently enrolls 274 students in grades K-8.
 
The district provides tier two and three supports through special education services as well as Title One instruction to qualifying students. Chesterfield School employs full time Math and Reading specialists. These two individuals help coach and strengthen instruction school wide.
